Our constant endeavour is to provide you with an utmost shopping experience. If for any reason you are not  satisfied with the goods, you can exchange or ask for a refund. Before returning, please read our return policy carefully.

You are recommended to contact our after-sale Customer Service (email address: aftersale@citizenmart.in) before returning an item and they will give you some useful advice.

Citizenmart reserves the right to charge the handling fee for all returned products.

·         Unconditionally returns accepted (not affect second sale)

·         The unconditionally returns from our customers are acceptable (not affect second sale), after you getting the package. When we confirm the arrival of the package you returned, we will refund you the payment.

·         Please make sure the products are unused and will not affect the secondary sales because that we charged the shipping fee in behalf of the shipping company, we will only   refund you the goods price which is wholesale-dress responsibility after returning the products, please inform us the following information in your account where you can find a chart.

 

1.       The Order No.

2.        Item name - Example - Cotton dress material.

3.       Quantity of each item.

4.       Photo of the products you sent back.

5.       Photo of the shipping label on the package citizenmart.com sent to you.

6.       Photo of the shipping label in the package you sent to citizenmart.com.

7.       The unique bar code on the item which is pasted on the package of the item.

Step:

·         Please consult the customer service about the information we need before sending back the package.

·          Send the package back to us.

·         After returning the products, please offer our customer service the information you collect above or add to your account, where you can find a chart to upload the information.

·          After confirming the information, we will refund the money to your account directly. But the amount only is frozen which can be used until we get the package.

·         We will activate the refund in your account when we get the package, then you can use that for new order.

·         Unconditionally refund and replace accepted for wrong items

·         The refund requests from our customers are acceptable unconditionally if customer service confirm citizenmart.com send you the wrong item.

 Additional Illustration:

All the new after-sale policy above does not apply to the return of the formal dress and fur clothing. Each formal dress, fur clothing is unique which is customized according to the customer's need and cannot be sold to the other person if it is returned back. Thus, if you return back the dress without any defects or return back after being used, we cannot refund the full goods amount to you according to the new after-sale policy.

If you really have problems with such kind of dress, please contact our customer service first about the details. citizenmart will confirm the information. After we making sure that we sent you the wrong item, we will refund you the amount back to your account which  you can used further purchases or inform our financial staff refund back to your account.

 Full Refunds

We offer a full refund on items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused due to the fault of the third party or customer’s fault cannot be taken for an account of refund.

 

Partial Refunds

We also offer a partial refund on returned items which have some original parts missing. In such a case, the customer can only get a partial refund.
